A 20-year veteran of the Aerospace and Defense Industry, Bryon most recently led sales, business development and early product definition for SpaceX’s National Security satellite programs – building a multi-billion-dollar sales pipeline in under 5 years. Bryon holds a M.S. in Applied Physics from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Prior to co-founding Castelion, Sean led SpaceX’s launch and human spaceflight sales in Europe, resulting in more than $1.25B in export deals with leading satellite operators and allied defense agencies.

Andrew previously led SpaceX’s launch forecasting process, government cost proposal efforts, and FP&A for classified programs. Andrew has also served as a Vice President in Goldman Sachs' investment banking division focused on aerospace and defense, where he executed over $10B in acquisitions and mergers.

An experienced weapon system and spacecraft engineering leader, Jacob began his career integrating sensing and weapon systems into rotorcraft for the 160th Airborne. During his 10-year career at SpaceX, Jacob drove the development of Starshield's Earth Observation, Communications, and Hosted Payload development efforts.

Perry has successfully led design and structural analysis teams for critical NASA and classified satellite programs, high performance consumer electronics, and the world’s leading autonomous drone delivery service.

Hill has successfully designed and led the manufacturing of ceramic matrix composite thermal protection systems (TPS) and RF transparent TPS on reusable orbital class launch vehicles, human-rated spacecraft, and satellites.

"Ferg" previously spent 12 years as a leader in avionics at SpaceX. During his time at the company, he designed the Crew Dragon Flight Computer and was the responsible engineer for the Falcon 9, Dragon, and Starlink flight computers.

Panerio previously spent 12 years at SpaceX, where he led a team of 130+ technicians, engineers, and support staff covering all of the tube manufacturing for Falcon 9 and the Dragon spacecraft.

As former Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering, and former NASA Administrator, Griffin has overseen the activities of DARPA, DIU, and the DoD Laboratory enterprise, and has been directly involved in the development of new strike weapons capabilities, including hypersonic weapons.

As former Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering, and former EVP of In-Q-tel and Director of IQT Labs, Porter has been directly involved in supporting industry players to build and scale new, innovative technologies for critical national security goals.

Zach is currently COO of Relativity Space and previously served as Senior VP of Production and Launch at SpaceX, leading both companies development from prototype to scaled production of launch vehicles.

Martz has successfully executed multi-billion-dollar national security spacecraft missions and built and operationalized the hardware-in-the-loop testbeds for SpaceX’s Crew Dragon spacecraft’s avionics systems.
